I did receive that order for the bits I made a secon order a few days later for the soft-ware to write what I want the cnc to do But have not received that second order . can't use the shark 101 it's just sitting there I would like a phone call follow up so I know what's going on I really like the presentations I have seen so far

Never received my initial "starter bit" set. Only received tumbler, stickers, etc. The "free" bit was sent later, but I never did receive my initial "starter set".
