The 1/8" round over bit with 1/4" shank for CNC routers does a radius edge rounding on your CNC woodworking projects.

The router bit with 1/4" shank adds elegance to your smaller CNC woodworking projects and gives them the extra character to make them pop. Round the borders of signs, or letters. It doesn't matter, as long as you have 1/8" to play with on your project, this cutter will add a gentle softness to your CNC projects.

The 1/8" round over bit with 1/4" shank for CNC routers does a radius edge rounding on your CNC woodworking projects. The router bit with 1/4" shank adds elegance to your smaller CNC woodworking projects and gives them the extra character to make them pop. Round the borders of signs, or letters. It doesn't matter, as long as you have 1/8" to play with on your project, this cutter will add a gentle softness to your CNC projects.

The IDC Woodcraft brand rounding bit (a.k.a. round over bit, rounding bit, radius bit) is designed to simplify toolpath setup. It comes to a point, instead of having a flat at the bottom, so you don't have to mess with complicated offsets.

This completely eliminates the form-tool set up in your software. NO OFFSETTING OF THE BIT IS REQUIRED!! Just set it up to run on a profile line at 0.12" deep and you end up with a perfect radius that requires minimal smoothing.

We love all of the bits that we've gotten from IDC Woodcraft and the 1/8" rounding bit is one that we use a lot. Love the clean cutting that it does.
