Edge Rounding Bit Set 1/4 & 1/8 Radius Pointed Tip 1/4 Shank For CNC Routers

This set of pointed tip 2 rounding bits contains a 1/8" round over bit and a 1/4" round over bit, both with 1/4" shanks for CNC routers.

The IDC Woodcraft brand rounding bit (a.k.a. round over bit, rounding bit, radius bit) is designed to simplify toolpath setup. It comes to a point, instead of having a flat at the bottom, so you don't have to mess with complicated offsets.

This completely eliminates the dealing with machining allowances to setup in your software. NO OFFSETTING OF THE BIT IS REQUIRED!! Just set it up to run on a profile line at 0.12" deep and you end up with a perfect radius that requires minimal smoothing.

Rounding bits create a radius edge on your CNC woodworking projects. The router bit with 1/4" shank adds elegance to your smaller CNC woodworking projects and gives them the extra character to make them pop. Round the borders of signs, or letters.
