Experience a CNC bit able to chew through wood at 3/4" deep at up to 500imp, and a 50% to 80% stepover. This bit removes tons of material during each pass, allowing you to drastically reduce your run times.
The upgraded ZrCN composite coating increases tool life significantly. Coating specs: Hardness of 2500 Vickers hardness, coating thickness of 1 to 4 microns, friction coefficient of 0.3, maximum service temperature of 1000° F (550° C)
