This is not my first time buying from IDC and just like the last time they were wonderful. Great bits and longevity is awesome.

M&Ms, Pens, and a Coffee Mug

Talk about personalized, feel-good moments! Not only did my order ship fast and was received fast, but they hand wrote a message on the outside of the box, added free surprises I wasn't expecting, and even threw in a bag of M&Ms!!! Who does that?!? Clearly IDC Woodcraft does! And the bits I've ordered from others usually show up in an envelope with nothing else - IDC added "how to" cheat sheets to go along with each bit with feeds & speeds, and tips on how deep to load bits into the collet, and WOW! I haven't had that great of an order unboxing experience in a long long time... if ever! I've already put about 40 hours of cutting on these bits and the sharpness hasn't decreased in the slightest that I can see. There's only one place I'm going to buy bits in the future! Thank you IDC!
