The Musclechuck, designed for 1/4 shank CNC router bits, eliminates both wrenches and replaces them with a single 7/64 hex wrench (included FREE with your Musclechuck order). This frees one hand up to manage the router bit while the other does the tightening/loosening to change the bit.
The Musclechuck replaces the standard nut and collet with a precision-turned split ring that tightens onto the router bit shank. You'll enjoy an exceptional 0.001-inch runout tolerance, ensuring accuracy for all your CNC woodworking projects.
The precision-turned split ring assembly ensures the router bit will not slip during operation and is easier to clean than nuts and collets are.
