The Track Boss™ T-Nut (M6-1, Brass) is a precision-machined CNC T-track nut engineered specifically for high-performance CNC t-track workholding applications. Designed by ToolQuest and manufactured in the USA, this brass M6×1 T-nut delivers smooth engagement, consistent thread strength, and reliable clamping performance under real CNC routing loads.
Built as the replacement and/or expansion T-nut for the EdgeHugger™ Clamp System, the Track Boss™ T-nut is also compatible with most T-track systems that accept 1/4″ and 5/16″ hardware, making it a versatile upgrade for CNC router tables, MDF spoilboards with aluminum T-track, and custom workholding setups.
If you need additional hardware for expanding your clamp kit or replacing worn components, this is the exact T-nut designed to maintain proper alignment, low-profile performance, and repeatable clamping strength.

The EdgeHugger™ Clamp System is a precision CNC workholding clamping solution engineered to secure material from the edge while staying almost completely out of the cutting envelope.
Unlike most top-down clamps that increase collision risk, EdgeHugger™ clamps sit just 0.22″ above the workpiece and intrude only 0.23″ from the edge. virtually eliminating clamp collision potential. This allows safer near-edge machining.
However, the main benefit is the holding power these clamps deliver. Most clamps can apply up to #150 pounds max force. The EdgeHugger™ applies 1000 psi per clamp!
